About the Combined Quarterly Report

The Combined Quarterly Report ("CQR") is a combined report, a standard reporting model, in which technical, responsible gaming as well as aspects of anti-money laundering information shall be prepared and subsequently reviewed by the Combined Reporting Officer ("CRO"). The CQR functionality is part of the Control Database ("CDB"), it was launched on January 1st, 2022 as a combined compliance effort.

Curaçao eGaming ("CEG") has opened up quarterly CQR reporting as of January 10th, 2022, the fourth quarter of 2021 to be the first quarter to provide a CQR Report on. Operators have been requested to appoint and register with CEG a contact person who shall be tasked to prepare the said quarterly report. Please note that the person preparing the report needs to be part of the foreign team of the operator, not your Curaçao Corporate Service Professional ("CSP").

Preparation of the said report is easy. The contact person shall receive a link by email to the CQR form within the CDB environment, where the form needs to be completed by before February 1, 2022, after which the Non-Executive Director of the operator (this will be the designated Curaçao CSP), shall receive the prepared form for his or her signature for approval. The provided email address shall receive the link that is to be used for reporting purposes. CEG has also notified the contact currently registered as the Non-Executive (designated Curaçao CSP) in the CDB and who shall receive the completed CQR-form for review and sign-off, after it has been prepared by the Executive.

If the representing CSP desires its contact email to be changed it can file a request in reply to this email before 21 January 2022. If you have any questions, we kindly refer you to the contact section of our website.
