File a complaint

Curaçao eGaming should only be contacted by players when they believe an Operator is in breach of their license.

All disputes with an Operator about a payout, a blocked account, a delay, broken features and so on, should first be taken up directly with the Operator. If no resolution is found, you can escalate the matter to Curaçao eGaming by clicking the link below. By doing so, you agree to the terms and conditions of the complaint handling and you confirm that you have read and understood the information below. In short, when you opt to use this free service, you will be given the opportunity to present any information regarding your complaint to CEG, which will then also provide the operator with this opportunity. If necessary, the player will be given another opportunity to respond. After this, CEG shall make a determination. Parties shall accept the outcome of CEG’s decision in the matter and shall forfeit their right to take the other party to court. CEG policies do not allow the player to sell suggested claims to third parties.

Self-Exclusion

The option to Self-Exclude is an intermediary service offered by Curaçao eGaming.

By submitting a request for Self-Exclusion, the end user (player) triggers a mandatory procedure for the operator to discontinue services to the end user for a minimum of 6 (six) months as per the IP-Agreement between CEG and the operator. Please go to the seal of your casino website to apply for the self-exclusion feature.

Responsible gaming

Curaçao eGaming is committed to provide generic principles of responsible gaming, to be implemented by each operator.

These policies are transparent, publicly available and in line with international standards of Good Industry Practice. The Operator, dealing with players directly, shall be responsible for the proper execution of the said policies.

Authenticity

Browse through this section to learn how to verify that you are dealing with a properly verified and genuine CEG licensed operator.

Operators that reside under sublicense with CEG are held to the strictest compliance standards. If you find or suspect that a website pretends to be licensed by CEG, is not or not properly showing an interactive seal that should like to the logo as display on the top side of this page, please report it to CEG.
