Reputation 1Xbet.com restored after failed attempt to declare its Curaçao license company bankrupt.

The management of 1xbet.com was able to restore its reputation last Friday when a local Curaçao judge threw out a bankruptcy request by Nardy Cramm, a local journalist, supported by a local attorney. Cramm stated that 1xbet.com had left various claims unpaid and was guilty of “unethical behaviour”. As a result they should be declared bankrupt. Things turned out differently. Instead, the judge ruled that not only the request was unjustified, but convicted Cramm’s foundation of abusing the law.

1Xbet.com and Curaçao eGaming, the institute that licenses 1xbet.com, are planning to file for damages and to seize private property of Cramm if necessary.
