Curaçao eGaming starts global campaign against various fake seal verification websites.

Curaçao eGaming (“CEG”) world leader in private regulatory licensing has launched its global compaign against fake news websites including fake license seal verificarion websites. Stating slander, fake news and illegitimate verification websites as one of the main reasons for tainting the reputation of Curaçao as gaming jurisdiction, CEG has entered into an alliance with a team of international legal and tech specialists to initiate take down procedures all across the globe.

As a result one person calling herself a journalist has already been convicted for spreading “fake news”, wrongfully suggesting that Curaçao licenses would be illegal. More convictions, take downs and damage claims can be expected.
