Read this important checklist before you file a piracy report with CEG

You can only file a piracy report if:

> the website is licensed by CEG, or claims to be licensed by CEG but does not show a CEG interactive seal;

> the website does not properly show a CEG interactive seal. The seal should have green stamp with time and date as shown on the right hand side of this page. If the seal is red, it means that there is something wrong, the website is not valid and you may file a report;

> the website shows an outdated CEG seal or a seal that is not interactive. Please note that CEG has introduced a grace period until June 30th, 2021 for operators to replace the outdated seals with the new interactive seals.

Anyone may file a piracy report. You do not have to be a player. CEG may choose not to provide a response. However, please rest assured that any serious report shall be dealt with seriously.

Do not file a report against better judgment, as CEG shall deal with false reporting and accusations seriously as well and this may even lead to a referral to the police authorities.

If you have a complaint regarding a properly licensed operator, please do not file a piracy report, instead, go to to file a complaint.
