Curaçao eGaming ("CEG") has been ordered by the Curaçao Court In First Instance to publish the statement below.
#FAQ3390257 - July 19th, 2021 - last updated on July 19th, 2021
"In its statements dated May 13th, 2021, and May 20th, 2021, and in certain emails sent out to sub-licensees regarding Xecutive Corporale Management B.V. ("XCM") and its director Mr. Christopher van Rosberg ("Van Rosberg") Curacao eGaming ("CEG") has wrongly accused XCM and Van Rosberg of having several unresolved complaints at the Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten and of being involved in irregularities of a financial nature. CEG doesn't have actual evidence for these statements and should not have made these statements. CEG thus cannot exclude XCM from providing corporate director services to CEG sub-licensees based on the accusations made in these statements and e-mails.
