Curaçao eGaming ("CEG") has launched its Trusted Partner Program

#FAQ2293849 - May 9th, 2021

Wat has changed?

Curaçao eGaming ("CEG") has launched its Trusted Partner Program. The said program allocates confidence scores D up to A+ to critical suppliers.

What is the procedure?

A minimum confidence level "B" is required to cater to CEG sublicensees. The trusted Partner Program shall not be enforced prior to Q3, with the exception of confidence ratings that apply to Corporate Service Professionals ("CSP's"). Compliance oversight in connection with the Trusted Partner Program will be executed by Gaming CSA ("CSA"), the exclusive merchant of CEG. To go to the CSA website, click here

What is the cost?

Depending on a low confidence level, a third party may lose its business relationship with CEG. This would for example be the case if at least five clients of the critical supplier have made serious claims of wrongdoing, the matters have remained outstanding and the critical supplier has not offered any viable solutions, nor is it expected that this will happen in the near future.
