How to apply The application procedure to obtain eGaming Licensing approval is very straight forward. We have outlined for you the general process in which eligible applicants obtain eGaming Licensing approval. Qualified applicants will receive an application pack which contains the required applications and forms required to apply for eGaming Licensing approval and establish the required legal entity (limited liability company) in Curaçao. Company formation, Trust services will be provided by an authorized Corporate services provider which operates under the direct supervision of the Central Bank of the Netherlands Antilles. All required forms and supporting documents once completed are to be returned for processing and approval via courier or in person. While the company formation and license granting process is completing you are required to make arrangements to locate your computer hardware to our Government ezone Co-Location facility. Our legislation requires specific technical components of your egaming product must operate from our ezone in Curaçao. You may purchase all computer hardware directly from us as we are reseller of all major brands or you may ship to the ezone your own hardware duty and tax free. A few common questions… How long will it take to register a company in Curacao and complete the setup process?
ANS: Provided you have completed the required application pack in full and approval is granted it takes approx 4-6 weeks to complete the entire process.

What is the application process?
ANS: Your first step is to return to the trust company the required information outlined in the application pack which must be completed in full along with all items mentioned in the document check list. Upon approval of this information the Trust Co. will create the required Curacao Company (N.V.). the Trust company will then have your N.V. applied for ezone status. The N.V. will be required to be the holder of the ezone license and all permits. *NOTE: Ezone status will not be applied for until you have located the required computer hardware to our ezone. Details regarding the games and or services being offered must be provided along with technical specifications of the products. All information supplied to the trust company will be officially copied to our compliance team for license approval.

What do you think it might be the adequate hosting solution? What is the price?
Ezone co-location hosting combines bandwidth and co-location of servers and support services. We are able to provide rather large international discounts on many different brands of hardware. We are also able to provide duty-free importing of such items. A discussion with our technical director is required to determine your requirements.

Is there a necessity, for us to travel to Curacao?
ANS: No, if it is possible we always enjoy meeting clients but unfortunately not all are able to make the visit. All instructions will be provided via the Trust Co. to complete the setup process; all required documents may be sent by courier or delivered in person.

License Seal Products licensed under our egaming licensing authority are required to display our official seal.
The official seal provides the following:

• Assurance the company is complying with our jurisdictions egaming and ezone legal requirements
• Assurance due diligence requirements for the directors and shareholders of the company bearing the seal have met our jurisdictions requirements
• Assurance the software is complaint with our jurisdictions requirements
• Assurance the Company has its physical primary operating server(s) operating from Curaçao. Player information, financial transactions and game logic as a minimum are required to be operated on computer hardware located in the Curaçao ezone
• Companies are currently operating in compliance when the following text on their seal page is displayed: "EGAMING LICENSE STATUS: VALID". Companies not currently operating in compliance will display the following text: "EGAMING LICENSE STATUS: INVALID"
